The hotel is conveniently located near a major metro station, making it easy to explore central Paris. Many shops and cafes are within walking distance, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with larger bathrooms than most hotels. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing assistance with navigating the metro and suggesting sites to visit. the hotel offers good value for the price.

Nothing
Hotel carpets filthy. Restaurant staff rude & unfriendly. Two lots of family members staying with us at same hotel re booked into another hotel. Nothing done to appease them even after complaining- French relative complained & receptionist said no one had complained which was untrue. Hotel very un child friendly. So called gourmet restaurant was a pasta/pizza cafe. Telephones not working, Bathroom leaked from sink. Air con not working. Lampshades kept falling off - not fixed properly. More a 1 to 2 star hotel than 3 star.

This hotel was a hidden gem! The value for money was amazing, especially considering its ideal location. It was so easy to explore Paris, either on foot or by taking the convenient metro nearby. The hotel was close to all the popular attractions, such as the Seine river and the beautiful Madelen Church. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and their attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning and even a foldaway camp bed if needed. And let's not forget about the breakfast – it was a great start to the day!
All aspects of my stay were absolutely fine.

The Pavillon Saint Augustin hotel is located in close proximity to most of places of interest and trade centers of Paris, and we could walk everywhere not using any transport. Personnel in the hotel is amicable. They answered in details to all our questions. Our room was every day cleaned in time.
Wi-fi is not really within the whole hotel territory. It works only in the main hall at "0" floor. We asked for teapot because we used to drink tea or coffee before going to sleep, but were refused first in our practice. It was very unpleasant moment.

Awful! Hotel staff were outrageously rude, and our stay had been cancelled before we arrived and no other available hotels could be found. There was no free wifi in the rooms, we had to sit in the lobby to talk to family and that often did not work. The bed was so old and uncomfortable it squeaked every time I rolled in my sleep. The elevators were small and only 1 in the hotel so always line ups to get to room. Every time we went out we had to get the room key re-validated so we couldn't run up and drop off our things. The room was so small our luggage was in the small gap between the wall our bed and the bathroom. The shower head needed to be held so you couldnt stand under the shower. Room cleaners just walked in with out knocking. It was a long walk to get anywhere!!

The hotel is excellently located, making it easy to explore all the major attractions on foot or by Metro. Plus, it's a great value for money, especially considering the high prices in central Paris. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the foldaway camp bed and air conditioners, are convenient and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offers a delicious selection of fresh and tasty options.
Everything was just right; we had no complaints.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions. We were able to explore the city without any hassle. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist us with any questions or requests.
We faced some issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi was not reliable and often did not work, which was a bit frustrating.

Large rooms and excellent location in Paris.
Air condition didn't work, though we received a 20% reduction onsite. The rooms faced a noisy street.

Vicinity with my office My room was big and very quiet.
The shower was broken and lots of water was stuck in the bathroom itself after each shower. The Bathroom was not so clean. The fridge was full of water... The doors of the cupboard to put clothes in was broken. The paint on the wall was going away. The bathroom looked old, and the hotel in its entirety looked old style. I was in a twin room and both beds were clearly uncomfortable, making noise, and not comfortable at all. The breakfast was on top of room price, but I think it should have been included in the room cost. The breakfast room was dark and it was so so.. The croissants did not look fresh. The cost of the room was very expensive. I got a special price with Booked.net but the actual price is way too expensive. It was ok for 2 nights but not for more. It's a very average 3 star hotel...which I may not recommend.
